Description:
We are recruiting for a fabric maintenance handyperson to cover PPM and reactive maintenance on a facility in the North Newcastle area. The work is temporary Mon-Fri 40 hours per week £15/hr PAYE for circa 2-3 weeks
Handyperson Description:
Completing reactive repairs, planned maintenance and compliance checks
Tap temps, emergency light checks etc
Basic fabric maintenance
Handyperson tasks
Caretaking tasks
Patch painting
Stock storage
Plus other associated tasks
Plumber Requirements:
Applicants are expected to have several years prior experience some of which will have been in a similar role and have good customer skills.
It is essential staff are self-motivated and promote a “Can do” customer attitude at all times.
Ability and desire to complete general fabric maintenance tasks
Knowledge of Fabric maintenance and a good basic trade experience
Operate all systems within the building in a competent, effective and efficient manner, adhering to relevant guidelines and bulletins.
