Job Title: Handyperson/Maintenance Operative
Location: Nottingham

About Us:
Total Staff Services are currently recruiting a Maintenance Operative for one of our clients based in Nottingham City Centre. This is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to uphold the quality of student accommodation facilities.
Respond to maintenance requests, ensuring a timely resolution of issues.
Flat pack furniture building, painting, re-sealing, basic plumbing and electrical.
Undertake repairs and minor changes to enhance the overall student living experience.
Monitor and manage essential building systems including HVAC, plumbing and electricals.
Maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere for students and staff.Requirements:
Previous experience within a maintenance or facilities role.
Independent with the ability to work as part of a team.
Attention to detail.
