Description:
I am seeking a skilled and reliable handyman/Maintenance person to join one of my favourite clients in the country right now. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing repair and maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors. The individual will demonstrate expertise in a wide range of trades including Mechanical, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance.
Do you possess a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision?
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing broken fixtures, and lubricating parts.
* Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address issues proactively.
* Repair and maintain building interiors including drywall repair, painting, and floor maintenance.
* Install, repair, or replace plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, and faucets.
* Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform basic electrical repairs such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
* Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
* Experience working in a commercial or residential maintenance setting.
* Experience in one or more trades such as mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
* Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work
