Description:
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a privately owned family business formed in 1947; a national M&E provider with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent levels of service. Who currently employ over 1200 staff and have a turnover in excess of £165m. My client is looking for an experienced Handyman to work around sites in Birmingham.
Responsibility's
-Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing and carpentry work .
-Conduct inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
-Respond promptly to repair requests and efficiently address issues reported by residents or staff. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, fixtures, and equipment. you will need
-Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
-Proficiency in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.
-Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication.
