Applicants must hold valid BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance or be willing to undergo the BPSS vetting process.
Duties and Responsibilities
Carrying out general maintenance and repair work.
Basic plumbing and minor electrical maintenance (where suitably qualified).
Painting, decorating and touch-up work.
Basic carpentry and joinery.
Assembling furniture and fitting fixtures.
Carrying out general building repairs.
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues.
Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy working environment.Requirements
Valid BPSS clearance or willingness to obtain it.
Good practical and problem-solving skills.
CSCS card preferred (where required).
Own tools preferred.
Good timekeeping and communication skills.
Right to work in the UK.
