The Role:
We are seeking a handyman who has an extensive amount of experience in maintaining and repairs of office and production units. They would play a vital role in keeping the offices and production units in perfect condition.
Responsibilities:
* General Maintenance: Perform tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other repairs.
* Appliance Investigation: Investigate and address appliance issues and leaks.
* Fixture Replacement: Replace small fixtures and fittings as needed.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work.
* Basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills.
* Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work closely with our Guest Relations Team to fulfil maintenance requests promptly.
