Fabric Engineer/Multitradesman/Skilled Handyman – temp

8 hour shifts – 8am – 5pm

Up to £20 per hour

Immediate Start

This is a good opportunity to get your foot in the door with a leading FM company working on a globally known contract. The role could develop into an ongoing role which could turn permanent for the right operative.

Responsibilities

* General fabric work (tiling, carpentry, plastering, etc)

* Reactive work

* Asset tagging

* Respond to all enquiries promptly

* Good experience with hand tools

* Carry out maintenance repair work and ensure the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs

Requirements

* 1 years minimum building experience

* Relevant experience and qualification

* Excellent client facing skills

* Provide Own Tools

* Experience working within the Building Service environment

* Be able to provide references.
