Description:
Tradeline Recruitment are working with a local Housing Contractor for a site in Bradford. Who are seeking a versatile Multi Trader to join the team. They have various projects across Yorkshire.
The Ideal candidate will;
Be able to carry out general maintenance skilled tasks across multiple trades
The job duties will vary day to day depending on the project and will rang from duties such as repairs, installations, and maintenance.
Must be able to work independently or collaboratively with a team, ensuring high-quality results on all projects.
Ideally with have own basic hand tools
Adhere to health and safety guidelines
Utilise problem-solving skills to address challenges and unexpected issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a MultiTrader either time served or
- Skilled Blue CSCS Card
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid UK driving license.
- At least 2x contactable References
