Description:
We immediately require a Handyman on a large residential scheme in Watford.
Job Specification:
* Carry out general handyman duties on a residential development.
* Complete snagging, making good, and finishing works to a high standard.
* Undertake minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
* Work with natural and engineered stone, including repairs, polishing, and finishing.
* Assist with the installation and adjustment of stone elements where required.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area.
* Liaise with site management to complete works in line with programme requirements.
Requirements:
* Proven handyman experience on residential construction projects.
* Previous experience working with natural and engineered stone is essential.
* Valid CSCS Card.
* Own tools and PPE.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality workmanship
