Location: Joint Emergency Service Building Wimborne Road, Poole, Dorset BH15 2BP
Length: 3 months initial contract to extend
Work hours: Mon-Fri :00
Pay Rate: £26K / 48 weeks (includes 4 weeks leave) / 40 hours per week = £13.54/hour PAYE
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer for a FM Services and Engineering company.
This role requires you to actively undertake proactive maintenance works. Some of other duties include;

To undertake minor fabric reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
*
Low level PPM tasks as required.
*
To replace lamps.
*
Actively ensure that site housekeeping is kept to an acceptable standard particularly in plant rooms
*
Complete a daily walk round of the building to assess the integrity of all the area, internally and externally
*
Report any faults to the Helpdesk immediately. If a H&S issue, rectify if capable and report retrospectively
*
Carry out minor maintenance tasks following instruction from either the technicians/technical supervisor
*
Take ownership and coordinate completion of the PPM tasks in support of the Technicians/Technical Supervisor
*
Have a general understanding of the operation of the four Dorset Police and fire PFI Buildings,etc
Key Skills/Experience:
*
Joinery, plumbing, general building and fabric skills
*
Full UK driving licence
