Mobile Maintenance Handyperson
Location: Greater Manchester - Mobile
Salary: £27,050 + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Benefits
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week
Start Date: Immediate or notice period
Our client, a large Facilities Management company, is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Handyperson to join their team, covering a portfolio of 16 buildings across Greater Manchester.
This is a permanent opportunity offering a company vehicle, fuel card, overtime, on-call opportunities and long-term progression.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the portfolio, ensuring buildings are maintained to a high standard.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Planned and preventative maintenance (PPM)
General building fabric maintenance
Diagnosing and rectifying fabric faults
Basic repairs and general handyperson duties
Completing work safely and efficiently
Building strong relationships with clients on site
Requirements
Previous maintenance or handyperson experience
Experience carrying out PPM works
Good general building and fabric maintenance knowledge
Full UK Driving Licence
Good customer service and communication skillsPlease note: High-level security vetting will be required for this position.
