Brief job description:
Planned and reactive fabric maintenance across site
Basic repairs: carpentry, painting, patching, general building upkeep
Support compliance tasks and maintain site standards
Identify and report defects promptly
Work with engineering team and subcontractors
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
