Working Hours: 8am - 4pm
Monday to Friday
FTC: 6 months with potential to go permanent

We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for permanent placement thereafter. As a Handyman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure their optimal functionality.
Key Responsibilities of the successful Handyman:
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any issues promptly.
Perform basic plumbing and drainage maintenance tasks as needed.
Undertake decorating tasks, including filling, sanding, and painting, to maintain the appearance of our premises.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from site staff and address any reported issues efficiently.
Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, appliances, and basic equipment to ensure they operate effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders and invoices.Requirements for the successful Handyman:
Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
Proficiency in basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
