Handyman – King's Lynn – Ongoing Contract – ASAP Start
Location: King's Lynn
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Handyman to work on a busy new-build residential development in King's Lynn. This is an ongoing contract with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be carrying out a range of snagging and finishing works to ensure completed properties are ready for handover. You must be confident working independently and delivering high-quality workmanship across a variety of trades.
Duties will include:
* Completing snagging works on new-build homes
* Basic carpentry and joinery repairs
* Repairing minor plastering and decorating defects
* Fitting and adjusting doors, skirting boards and architraves
* Masticing, sealing and finishing works
* Replacing damaged fixtures and fittings
* General maintenance and remedial works
* Working from snagging lists to meet handover deadlines
* Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS Card
* Own tools and full PPE
* Previous experience working as a Handyman on residential construction sites
* Strong snagging and finishing skills
* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
