Description:
We are looking for an experienced Handy Person / Pre-Plasterer to work on a new-build housing site in the NG24 area.
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing until the end of January
Location: NG24
Project: New-build housing
Role: Pre-plaster / snagging works
Duties will include:
Pre-plaster works
Preparing plots ahead of plastering
General snagging and making good
Filling and patching
Basic carpentry and remedial works
Ensuring plots are ready for the next trades
General maintenance person duties as required
You will need previous experience working on new-build housing sites and ideally, experience carrying out pre-plaster work.
