Guest Services Coordinator
Location: Reading
We're looking for a customer-focused Guest Services Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors, and clients.
The Role
As the first point of contact, you'll create a welcoming environment, support workplace services, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure the workplace runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist employees, visitors, and guests.
Manage workplace enquiries and service requests.
Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality, and events.
Support facilities operations and workplace standards.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and service partners.
Assist with workplace systems, bookings, and reporting.
About You
Experience in customer service, hospitality, workplace experience, or facilities management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
