Hales Group are seeking a Guest Services Assistant  to support our award winning client in Southwold.  We are seeking a professional individual who has passion towards delivering outstanding customer service.
 
Guest Services Assistant

Key responsibilities

Assisting with tour bookings
Deal with reservations for rooms & restaurant
Assisting customers with any queries
Checking in guests in a warm but timely manner
Checking guests out in a warm but timely manner
Deal with any queries from guests or visitors on site
First point of contact on the phone
Deal with reservations via online booking system
Happy to work 1 day at the weekend  
Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will have experience within the hospitality industry
Good attendance and time keeping
Good organisational and self-motivational skills
Ability to work on own initiative without supervision
Excellent customer service skills
Happy to attend to all guest requirements
Good IT skills
Experience of using guestline system is desirable 24 hours per week / Across 3 shifts with hours of  9am-5:30pm / 11am- 7:30pm
