About The Role

We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team.

Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our Guest Services department. 

Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

As a Guest Services Advisor, you'll be building strong relationships with guests that will enable you to enhance their holiday, solve their problems and exceed their expectations at every opportunity! 

You will take ownership of guest queries and complaints received over the one and via our online chat service, going the extra mile every time!

Looking for progression? We have bags of opportunities to develop within our restaurant teams and across the wider Butlin’s business.

About You

Our Guest Services Advisors are warm and friendly and love to chat to people! If you've got a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and strong communication skills in all forms, we'd love to hear from you!

No two days are the same at Butlin's so a positive and planned out approach to the working day is welcomed, alongside the confidence to make your own decisions and act on initiative. 

Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Do let us know your availability at the application stage and we can have a chat with you about this in more detail.
