Guaranteed Work Teacher

Our Guaranteed Work Teacher program ensures that qualified teachers have consistent opportunities to work in our primary schools, providing stability for both educators and pupils. The focus of a Guaranteed Work Teacher is to ensure continuity of learning and support the educational development of pupils during temporary absences of regular teaching staff.
Responsibilities:
Fill temporary teaching vacancies across various subjects and year groups as needed, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively, maintaining high standards of teaching and pupil engagement.
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive and productive learning environment for pupils.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse pupil populations and support their academic progress.Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Previous teaching experience in primary or secondary education in the UK.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils effectively.
Adaptability and flexibility to work in different primary school environments and with varying curriculum requirements.
