What's the job?

With numerous sites, a variety of plants and lots of exciting plans, you'll definitely be busy at this well-renowned ornamental grower.

As a grower, there shouldn't be any surprises with the day-to-day responsibilities.

Pest management, irrigation, weeding and managing the team to ensure the right things are being done at the right time.

On the management side, you'll be overseeing a small team of technical growers who pride themselves on quality.

You'll be able to pass on your wealth of knowledge. So, you'll not only be supporting the business but also their careers too.

What do I need?

For this, you'll already have experience in a commercial nursery, you'll have the technical knowledge in growing and already have exposure to managing or supervising a team.

You might have worked with soft fruit, protected salads, or ornamentals. You might be a supervisor wanting to take a step up, or you might just want something on a bigger and better scale. Either way, we want to hear from you.
