Group Transactional Finance Manager (O2C/P2P)

Group Transactional Finance Manager (O2C/P2P), Watford, Hertfordshire
£75- £85kpa plus benefits. 6 Months Contract.

This role, Group Transactional Finance Manager will take responsibility for all monetary transactions coming in and out of the business. The role has three direct reports who lead teams that are responsible for invoicing, sales ledger / credit control, staff expenses and purchase ledger. Responsibilities will include leadership and coaching of the teams, ownership of the integrity of the GL and associated reconciliations, managing internal controls, process improvements, cash flow forecasting and driving the month end close of the ledgers and associated reporting / analysis.

Key
* Identifies impacts to business organisation for recommended changes for the functional area.
* Champions business transformation through process standardization/optimization to maximize business benefits by leading team to define process/business requirements for area of expertise.
* Understands/influences strategic direction and works in partnership with key business partners internally or externally in the case of third-party agencies for assigned process area, ensuring the short-term and long-term strategic vision is represented at the enterprise level for transactional process stream.
* Monthly and quarterly reporting of KPIs and Volumetrics
* Financial control management and improvement.
* Producing accurate management reports.
* Lead, develop and manage a team of 20 (direct/ indirect).
* Develop finance systems to improve efficiency.
* Develop policy and procedures.
* Management of the billing process.

The successful candidate will be immediately available/ on a very short notice period. This role requires Finance Shared Service experience and experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
