GTS Banking and Finance are recruiting for a Group Risk Account Manager to work for our client on hybrid basis (commutable to London or Surrey)

Our client, a leading provider of financial services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Risk Account Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the Principal Health & Protection, you'll be an integral part of a small team of group risk and healthcare advisers and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture a portfolio of mainly SME group protection clients.
Provide expert advice and administration services to each client, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
Drive cross and upselling opportunities within the existing client base while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
Follow established processes to deliver a personalised and high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.
Collaborate effectively with the team to maintain a supportive and cohesive work environment.
Experience/Qualifications:
Essential:
Proven track record in a similar account management role within the financial services sector.
In-depth understanding of group protection insurances, including Life Assurance Trusts and associated wellbeing benefits.
Excellent organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
GR1 qualification preferred.
Experience with iO software is advantageous.
