* Develop and execute a creative marketing strategy to generate high-quality leads which will enable the sales teams, across all operational sites, to deliver against their sales targets.
* Provide a focal point for marketing strategy ensuring that both internal and external resource partners deliver on their commitments to meet strategic and operational goals.
* Lead on the delivery of the day-to-day marketing of products and services across all platforms to ensure that the group meets all stakeholder marketing and communication needs.
* Oversee all promotional events and marketing activities with a particular focus on existing client retention and engagement.
Skills and attributes required:
* An appropriate qualification in marketing or siginificant experience in a marketing role.
* High standards when it comes to producing content
* Proven experience of effectively managing and motivating a team
* Ability to identify and contribute to operational plans and strategies.
