Description:

Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client to recruit an experienced Group HR Business Partner. This is a hands‑on generalist role supporting multiple business units, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the operation while still influencing good people practice across the organisation.

Working alongside the Head of HR, you’ll be a trusted advisor to managers, providing practical, commercially minded HR support and ensuring decisions are fair, consistent and compliant. The role sits within a lean HR team, so you’ll enjoy real variety and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day HR delivery across the business, including:

* Managing a range of employee relations cases and providing clear, balanced advice.

* Supporting and coaching managers on performance, capability and development conversations.

* Partnering with hiring managers and HR Admin on recruitment and resourcing activity.

* Supporting TUPE processes during acquisitions or restructures.

* Overseeing payroll accuracy in partnership with payroll colleagues and external providers.

* Contributing to policy updates, compliance activity and best‑practice improvements.

* Producing HR metrics and insights to support decision‑making.

* Assisting with training delivery, benefits administration and general HR operations.

* Supporting HR projects, systems work and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Providing guidance and support to HR team members as they develop.

This is a broad, varied role where you’ll balance operational delivery with strong stakeholder partnership across multiple entities.

About you

We’re looking for someone who brings:

* Solid generalist HR experience, including confident ER handling.

* A pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach with strong commercial awareness.

* The ability to build trust quickly and challenge constructively.

* Experience working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on HR environment.

* Strong judgement, resilience and the ability to work with autonomy
