Group FP&A Analyst - Leeds (Hybrid) - Permanent - Up to £60,000

The duties of the Group FP&A Analyst role include:

Conducting financial planning and analysis at group level, planning 3 to 5 years in advance
Development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts
Prepare budgeting and forecasting reports
Analyse variances and provide recommendations for improvement
Support decision-making processes through financial insights
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data

Required Qualifications:

Either Part or Fully Qualified in ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
Strong proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Have experience of financial modelling and being able to produce and maintain financial models

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis
In-depth knowledge of financial principles and practises
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with financial reporting systems
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
