Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead the financial reporting agenda across multiple entities and jurisdictions, ensuring robust governance, compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading month-end and year-end reporting processes across multiple entities

• Supporting statutory accounts preparation, audits and regulatory compliance
• Driving improvements to reporting processes, systems and internal controls
• Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders to provide financial insight
• Supporting cash flow management and working capital performance
• Playing a key role in systems enhancements, process automation and transformation initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, VAT requirements and local legislation
• Supporting and developing finance team members whilst influencing stakeholders across the wider business

About You

You are a technically capable and commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving change.

You will ideally bring:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification preferred; however, candidates in the latter stages of their studies or qualified by experience (QBE) with relevant financial reporting expertise will also be considered
• Strong financial reporting and technical accounting expertise
• Proven experience managing complex month-end close and balance sheet processes
• Experience operating within multi-entity and multi-currency environments
• Excellent knowledge of financial controls, governance and compliance requirements
• A track record of improving finance processes and implementing best practice
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data management capability
• The ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of operational performance drivers
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines

Desirable Experience

• Strong ERP / Systems Experience
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations
• Audit, risk and compliance experience
• Exposure to international operations

Why Apply?

• A clear platform to develop towards future senior finance leadership opportunities
• Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making
• The opportunity to influence financial and operational performance across an international organisation
• Ownership of finance transformation, systems improvement and process optimisation initiatives
