Job Description
Job Duties:
Preparing and consolidating financial statements for the group
Managing financial reporting processes
Analysing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities
Assisting in the preparation for audits
Supporting financial projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or finalist)
Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practises
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
Education:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar financial accounting role
Knowledge and Skills:
Thorough understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate qualification in Accounting or Finance
Experience in a group accounting environment
Working Conditions:
Office-based role in Ascot, Berkshire
Standard working hours with occasional overtime during peak periods
Collaboration with finance team and other departments
