The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Group Finance Analyst to join a successful and growing organisation. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting, analysis and insights that support strategic decision-making across the business.

The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
Producing weekly and monthly performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
Delivering meaningful financial and operational analysis to support business decisions.
Supporting annual budgets, forecasts and periodic reforecasts.
Preparing management information packs, including commentary on key trends and variances.
Analysing large datasets to identify opportunities, risks and performance drivers.
Maintaining and developing reporting tools, models and dashboards.
Partnering with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Supporting finance systems, reporting processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assisting with ad hoc projects and strategic analysis as required.
About You
We are looking for a commercially aware finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

Group Reporting AnalystTo be successful, you'll ideally have:
Experience producing management information and performance reporting.
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
Experience analysing large volumes of financial and operational data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive and inquisitive approach with strong attention to detail.
ACCA, CIMA or ACA studies underway, completed or equivalent experience.
Experience with reporting systems, BI tools or ERP systems would be advantageous.
