Up To £40,000 Basic Salary (Negotiable Depending On Experience) + Bonus
45 Hour Week Monday To Friday
Well-Established Car Main Dealership EnvironmentGroup Aftersales Manager required for Automotive multi-franchise vehicle dealership in the Yeovil area.
Our Client is currently seeking an Group Aftersales Manager to join their team to effectively manage their aftersales operations within their vibrant well-established and thriving Main Car Dealership.

Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department
Delivering people performance management in accordance with our client's policies and procedures with a view to improve short, medium and long term performance.The salary for this Group Aftersales Manager position is £40,000 basic with a potential OTE of £50,000.
