Groundworks Site Manager
Location: Slough (Site Based)
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: £280 per day
Start: Immediate
About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to oversee groundworks packages on a large residential development in Slough.
This is a long-term opportunity on a brand-new project, offering an 18-month contract and the chance to play a key role from project inception through to completion.
Responsibilities
*
Managing all groundworks operations on site.
*
Coordinating subcontractors, plant and labour resources.
*
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
*
Monitoring programme delivery and site performance.
*
Conducting toolbox talks and regular site inspections.
*
Maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Requirements
*
Previous Site Management experience within groundworks and residential construction.
*
SMSTS.
*
CSCS Card.
*
First Aid at Work.
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*
Strong understanding of residential infrastructure and groundworks packages.
