Groundworks Ganger / Groundworks Supervisor
Location: Lavant, PO18
Duration: 6+ Months
Hours: 07:00 - 17:30
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Ganger / Groundworks Supervisor for a long-term civils and groundwork project based in Lavant, PO18.
This Groundworks Ganger role will involve leading a 3-man groundwork team and working closely with plant operatives on a busy site. The successful Groundworks Supervisor will have strong experience overseeing daily groundwork operations and coordinating teams efficiently.
Duties will include:
Installing concrete paths
Small diameter pipework
Supervising groundwork activities on site
Leading a groundwork team
Working alongside plant operators and site managementRequirements:
Valid CSCS Card
SSSTS or SMSTS
Proven experience as a Groundworks Ganger or Groundworks Supervisor
Strong leadership and communication skills
