Groundworks Foremen with a Gang
Job Summary:
Strong Groundworks Foremen required to take ownership of various groundworks, residential, civils and infrastructure Project at Raynes Park. You must have experience in managing H&S whilst delivering a high quality of works and on Programme as per the targets set by Site Manager, as well as management of 50+ operatives

Groundwork Foreman Job Description:
Main duties include accountability for the following:
* Reviewing enquiry documentation to fully determine and understand the conditions set out
* Carrying on Method Statement / Risk Assessment briefings
* Tool Box Talks
* Getting the men to work Safely
* Day work sheets
Groundwork Foreman Qualifications:
* An industry applicable qualification
* CSCS Supervisor Card
* SMSTS or SSSTS 2 – 5 Day
* 1st Aider
Groundwork Foreman Skills/Experience:
* An excellent communicator
* Able to work as part of a team yet willing to work independently
* A proven track record on varius Project types as a Groundworks Foreman
* Man Management Skills
* Safe Way Of Working
* The ability to drive the workforce in a safe manner on a very busy Project
