GROUNDWORKS FOREMAN WANTED – ESSEX ????
We are looking for an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join our team on projects across Essex.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of groundworks and civil engineering, with the ability to manage a gang, organise daily workloads and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Duties will include:
* Supervising and managing groundworks gangs on site
* Overseeing drainage, foundations, roads, kerbing and external works
* Reading and working from site drawings
* Organising labour, plant and materials
* Maintaining high standards of health and safety
* Ensuring projects stay on programme and meet quality standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman
* Good knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to organise and motivate a site team
* Reliable, hardworking and able to work to deadlines
* Relevant qualifications and CSCS card preferred
