We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Gang to join an ongoing project in New Milton. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional team to secure consistent work with a reputable company.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in all aspects of groundwork operations, including but not limited to drainage, kerbing, foundations, and site preparation
Ability to work efficiently as part of an established gang
Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures
Valid CSCS cards (relevant tickets and certifications preferred)
Own tools and transport are advantageousSkills and Attributes:
Demonstrable track record of high-quality workmanship
Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting project deadlines
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working under minimal supervision
