Groundworker

Description:

Our client, a leading provider in the water industry, is seeking a dedicated Groundworker to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role supports the civils and drainage teams across essential infrastructure projects, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site preparation, including unloading and organising materials, tools, and equipment.
Assist teams working on drainage systems, including repair or installation tasks where trained.
Support operatives with digging trenches, drainage tasks, and general groundwork.
Operate basic machinery and hand tools as required (training provided where needed).

Job Requirements:

Strong work ethic and the physical capability to undertake manual, outdoor tasks.
Awareness of health & safety practices and willingness to uphold safety standards.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Desirable:
CSCS card
Streetworks (NRSWA)
Driving licence
Experience in drainage, civils, or groundworks environments
