GROUNDWORKER REQUIRED - HOUSING ASSOCIATION WORK

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our team working on behalf of a Housing Association.

Location: Covering Dartford & Sidcup areas
Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour
Benefits: Company van and fuel card supplied
Full-time position available

Job Duties Include:
* General groundwork and external repairs
* Slabbing, paving, and concreting repairs
* Fencing and kerbing works
* Drainage and footpath repairs
* Excavation and reinstatement works
* Working on occupied and void social housing properties
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements:
* Previous groundwork experience essential
* Full UK driving licence required
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good timekeeping and communication skills
* CSCS card preferred but not essential
