Description:

We are currently looking for experienced Groundworkers to join our team for residential and developments across Fife. The successful candidates will be involved in all aspects of groundwork, supporting the delivery of projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

7.30am - 4pm (£DOE)

Key Duties:

Preparing and clearing construction sites.
Excavation, trenching, and digging works.
Laying concrete, foundations, and kerbing.
Installing drainage systems, ducting, and services.
Carrying out block paving, slabbing, and general hard landscaping duties.
Operating plant and equipment safely.
Adhering to all health and safety procedures on site.Requirements:

Previous Groundworks experience within construction or property development environments.
Valid CSCS card essential.
Plant tickets including 360, dumper, roller etc. are desirable but not essential.
Good understanding of site health and safety regulations.
