Groundworks Gang – 2 x Groundworkers & 1 x Machine Driver (External Works)
Location: Beckton, London E6
Job Type: Contract / Self-employed (CIS) [or PAYE – amend as needed]
Pay: [£XXX per day – Groundworkers] / [£XXX per day – Machine Driver] / [or gang day rate]

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced groundworks gang to join us on a project in Beckton, carrying out external works and finishing packages. The ideal setup is an established gang of 2 groundworkers and 1 machine driver who are used to working together, but we're also happy to hear from individuals.
The Work Includes
* External slabbing and paving
* Block paving (laying, cutting and compacting)
* Kerbs, edgings and associated groundworks
* Sub-base preparation and levelling
* Finishing works to a high standard
Requirements
* Proven experience in external works, block paving and slabbing
* Valid CSCS card (essential)
* Machine Driver: valid CPCS or NPORS ticket for [360 excavator / forward tipping dumper / other]
* Own hand tools
* Able to read drawings and work to levels
* Reliable, punctual and focused on quality finishes
