Description:

Our client in East Lothian, Scotland meeting point is North Berwick Harbour are recruiting for a short term project.

You must have extensive experince in manual handing, the work will involve shuttering, mixing and casting concrete steps and subsequent concrete repairs.

There will be considerable amounts of manual handling, no access to cement lorries on site and so all to be mixed in cement mixer and handballed to location for use – this includes moving all materials and finished product up or down a lot of steps across the island.

The job is very specific and we need people who understand how to work with awkward situations and to manage to complete the works

Experience in the marine environment would be a bonus, as there’s some steps to cast at or below tidal levels.

CSCS Green Labourer card needed.

Work will be for 1 to 2 weeks depending on weather. Starting 19th October

Pay rate will be £17ph to £18ph
