Overview:

A well-established construction company is seeking a skilled and reliable Groundworker to join their team on the Isle of Grain. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of various construction projects. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CSCS card and, preferably, a Dumper Ticket.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of groundworks including excavation, trenching, concreting, and site preparation.
Assist with the installation of drainage systems, utilities, and other infrastructure components.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Follow site safety protocols and ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment.Requirements:

Valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
Proven experience in groundworks and general construction labour.
Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour tasks.Preferred Qualifications:

Valid Dumper Ticket.
