Assignment Details

* Employment Type: Full-time

* Payment Basis: PAYE

* Paid Holidays: 31 days per year (including bank holidays)

* Start Date: TBC

* Assignment Duration: Ongoing

* Location: Redcar, TS10 5QW

Must Have

* CSCS Green Card /Working toward a Blue Card

* IPAF

* PASMA

* Driving License

Role and Responsibilities

* Full understanding of duties required for construction works

* Good understanding of concrete associated work

* Capability to work to instruction with minimal explanation

* Follow all site health and safety procedures

Shifts

* Working Days: Monday – Friday

* Shift Times: 07:00 – 17:00

* Shift Pattern: Day Shifts

Overtime

* Monday to Friday: Time and a Third

* Nights: Time and a Third

* Weekends: Time and a Half

Health and Safety Risks

The successful candidate will be expected to promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring site rules and procedures are followed.

Key risks associated with the role include:

* Moving Plant and Vehicles: Follow site traffic management procedures

* Excavations and Uneven Ground: Follow site procedures and use designated access routes

* Manual Handling: Use safe lifting techniques

All site-specific risks and control measures must be confirmed through the project RAMS, risk assessments and site induction.
