Grounds Maintenance Team Leader - North Wales

Kinetic Recruitment is looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join a growing team delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services across local communities.

£13.00 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and supervising grounds maintenance teams
* Grass cutting, hedge trimming and shrub maintenance
* Weed control and litter picking
* Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
* Liaising with customers and completing basic paperwork/system updates

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' Grounds Maintenance experience
* Previous team-leading or supervisory experience
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
* Reliable, motivated and committed to delivering quality work
* Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment
