I am partnered with Europe's leading provider of grounds maintenance services. They are looking to mentor successful applicants to become high-performing Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders.

As the Team Leader, you will be working alongside and supervising the Operatives on new sites providing grass cutting (ride-on and pedestrian), strimming, shrub and border maintenance, hedge cutting, litter picking and a full range of horticultural work as required by the contracted works.

Requirements:

The ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider team.
Reliable, energetic and enthusiastic with a determined, flexible and "can-do" attitude.
Good eye for detail.
A full driving licence.
Previous experience in Grounds Maintenance.
PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable but not essential.
