Grounds Maintenance Operative
Are you passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces? Join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Operative and help us deliver high-quality, customer-focused estate services!
Start ASAP, pay £13.46ph, this is an on-going temp role, hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 15:30 and Friday 7:30 to 15:00, location Coventry. The successful candidate will be required to go through a DBS clearance ahead of starting.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of our team, you will:
Undertake gardening, garden clearance, and grounds maintenance across a variety of properties.
Perform seasonal external maintenance tasks, including hard landscaping and fencing repairs.
Collaborate with the neighbourhoods team to uphold the highest standards of our estates.
Use modern technology to enhance service delivery on-the-go! Your Skills & Qualities:
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for teamwork.
Strong communication skills to build relationships with both internal and external customers.
Ability to follow instructions and comply with health and safety regulations.
Desire to grow through training and development opportunities. Requirements:
Experience in grounds maintenance and horticulture is preferred.
Basic maintenance skills and familiarity with hand tools and machinery.
