Grounds Maintenance Operative – £36,359+ OTE
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 4:00am Starts
South & East England – Travel Required
The Opportunity
CC Cousins is a well-established facilities maintenance company with over 40 years' experience. We are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our growing landscaping team.
You’ll work alongside a Landscape Engineer maintaining commercial sites across the South and East of England.
What You'll Be Doing
* Grass cutting, strimming and hedge cutting
* Weeding, planting and general grounds maintenance
* Leaf clearance, litter picking and fly-tip removal
* Tree canopy lifting and basic ground preparation
* Using professional landscaping equipment
* Keeping sites clean, tidy and safe
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone with grounds maintenance or landscaping experience who is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in their work.
Essential:
* Full manual driving licence – maximum 10 points
* Own transport
* Able to start at 4:00am
* Comfortable working outdoors and travelling to different sites
PA1/PA6 is desirable, but training can be provided.
