Grounds Maintenance Driver
£12.71 per hour
Location: Milton Keynes
40 hours per week
6am to 3pm
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (off Thursday and Sunday)
Our horticultural client provides a full range of grounds maintenance services to a commercial retail park in Milton Keynes. They are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Driver who holds a full, manual licence.
This is a full time, ongoing job which could lead to securing a permanent contract.
Key Tasks:
* To undertake a range of grounds maintenance duties such as grass cutting, watering of trees, shrubs, and bedding plants, hedge cutting, strimming, litter picking and weed control.
* To work as part of a team with the aim of ensuring productive and professional relationships with colleagues and the general public.
* Ensure hand/power tools and grounds maintenance equipment, machinery and vehicles in your charge are secure, in good working order, carry out routine maintenance and refer major mechanical problems to your line manager.
* Empty rubbish and recycling bins, including bag removal and replacement where appropriate and recycle where necessary.
* Comply with all company and site procedures and regulations.
* Ensure an efficient and effective response to incidents/emergencies and maintain effective liaison with colleagues and external services.
* Ensure you observe safety procedures and use safe working practices.
