Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Bracknell & Surrounding Area

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative or Gardener looking for a secure, permanent role with great benefits?

We are currently recruiting two Grounds Maintenance Operatives to cover residential and housing association properties across Bracknell and the local surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

Routine grounds maintenance across residential housing estates and local routes.

Operating equipment for hedging, strimming, lawn mowing, and edging.

Leaf clearance, weed control, and seasonal garden maintenance.

Maintaining high standards of work and interacting politely with local residents.

Requirements:

Proven experience in domestic or residential grounds maintenance / gardening.

Practical experience using strimmers, hedge trimmers, and lawnmowers.

Full UK Driving Licence (essential for van usage).

Reliable, hard-working, and self-motivated.
