GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE**
**GRAVE DIGGING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED**
My client and I are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operaticve to join their team on a 6 month, temp to perm contract.
We are looking for somebody who:
* Is qualified to use mechanical excavators
* Capable of operating all grounds maintenance equipment
* Has strong health & safety knowledge
* Is confident over seeing a team of staff and managing their responsibilities
In this position you will:
* Maintain working relationships with internal and external partners
* Manage four cemetries and 5 churchyards daily
* Be responsible for health and safety in the work place
* Manage operational staff with performance, training, recruitment and allocation of resources and equipment
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
* FULL DRIVING LICENCE
