Potential for Permanent Role
Clearfield Recruitment is seeking a motivated and eager Groundworker / Dumper Driver to join our client's road gang team in Bury St Edmunds. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are keen to learn and grow within the construction industry, particularly in roles associated with new road construction for housing and commercial builds.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in 278 works and various tasks related to new road construction.
Operate dumper vehicles as required by the project.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
Follow all safety protocols and site regulations.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Dumper Ticket (NPORS or CPCS).
Keen and eager to learn with a helpful attitude.
No extensive experience necessary, but willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to work well within a team.
