Description:
As the Team leader you will be working alongsideand supervising the Operatives on new sites providing grass cutting (ride on and pedestrian) strimming, shrub and border maintenance, hedge cutting, litter pickingand a full range of horticultural work as required by the contracted works.
Job Objectives and Responsibilities:
To Ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard.
To ensure you are in pocession and wear the correct uniform & PPE at all times.
To ensure all vehicles and machinery are in good working order.
Attend and participate in any requested Tool Box Talks.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
Grass Cutting
Strimming
Pruning
Weeding
Shrub and Border Maintenance
Hedge Cutting
Leaf and Litter Picking
Sweeping/cleansing
Herbicide application
A full range of horticultural work as required by the contracted works.
Essential
Good eye for detail
A full driving license
CSCS card
Previous experience within Grounds Maintenance
